Personal Training

J. Scott has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 1999. He specializes in outdoor "Boot camp" style classes, as well as working with people on a one-on-one basis. He works with all ages, including kids/teenagers. He is certified thru International Fitness Association and is CPR qualified thru the Red Cross.

An accomplished athlete, J.Scott played Division 1 soccer, ran the Los Angeles Marathon (3:24:00), and is an avid golfer, tennis and ice hockey player.

J. Scott enjoys helping people of varying athletic abilities achieve their fitness goals.
